Chaga is a mushroom that grows on the trunks of birch trees. It has a pleasant, slightly sweet, woody taste. Chaga is considered a super antioxidant and a super whole body tonic.  

For best results: Place 1 tea bag per cup of boiled water into tea pot or insulated flask and let steep all day. As you drink throughout the day top up again with boiled water and let steep again.

This herbal tea is caffeine free.
